Esha Mendiratta

Esha is Associate Professor of International Business at Vlerick. Her research lies at the intersection of corporate strategy, corporate governance, and international business. She focuses in particular on the composition of boards of directors and topmanagement teams, and their potential impact on companies. She is also interested in diversity within teams and organizations, specifically gender as well as cultural and ethnic diversity.
