Prof. Dr. Jeroen Veldman is a professor at Nyenrode Business University. He is chair of the Nyenrode Corporate Governance Institute, a member of the Nyenrode Faculty Expertise Center for Entrepreneurship, Governance & Stewardship, and the research representative for Accountability, Governance, and Law.
