Women on Board is a Belgian non-profit organization, founded by five female board members, with the mission of increasing the impact of strong female leadership in the boardrooms of both private and public organizations. Women on Board acts as a solution provider by supporting women in their boardroom ambitions on the one hand, and by facilitating the search for qualified female board members for boards seeking high-quality leadership on the other.
